Privacy notice

Draft, last updated 13 October 2026.

This site collects one thing: the email address you give when you join the Danox Stage waitlist. This notice explains what happens to it.

Who is responsible

Danox Developments is responsible for the information you give us. You can reach us at hello@danoxdevelopments.com.

What we collect and why

• Your email address, so we can tell you when Danox Stage opens and share pricing.
• Nothing else. This site does not use advertising trackers or sell your data.

We rely on your consent to do this. You give it by joining the waitlist.

Who handles it

Your address is stored with MailerLite, the email service we use to run the waitlist. MailerLite handles it on our behalf. When you sign up we send you one email asking you to confirm your address, and you are only added to the list once you do. We do not share your address with anyone else for their own use.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to remove it, or until we have finished contacting waitlist members about launch, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, at any time by emailing us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
